“Our mission is simple, to help you find, fund, and protect the care you deserve – while preserving the legacy you’ve built for those you love.”
I founded Shaw Healthcare with one simple belief: the people who deliver care should own the value they create. That’s why Shaw was built as a staff-owned business, giving those on the front line of care the dignity, recognition, and shared ownership they deserve.

I made sure My Lifetime Care, the organisation behind CHIP, is wholly owned by a registered charity—My Respite Care. That means your care, and your home, remain in the hands of a mission-driven organisation, not a private company.
